Artelia Foundation helps NGOs in the Philippines fight the current worldwide health crisis

Artelia Foundation is proud to be a part of the worldwide movement that supports non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in various countries. The COVID-19 pandemic has devastative impact to millions of people around the globe. Artelia Foundation decided to help these families by giving funds to chosen NGOs of the local Artelia offices. Artelia Group will stay comitted in supporting the needs of those who are greatly affected by this health crisis. We will stand together against COVID-19 and we will end up stronger.

Procceds will be for the following NGOs here in the Philippines:

Concordia Children’s Services, Inc.

The COVID19 crisis has brought serious impact to children from underprivileged families and communities living in Sta. Mesa, Manila. With the strict quarantine, their parents who hold informal, temporary or casual and low paid jobs cannot travel to work and earn a living for their families. These families have no income and they are struggling for food.

Concordia Children´s Services provides food packs for 2616 urban poor individuals and has supported the expenses of its Residential Home serving up to 25 vulnerable infants and toddlers during the crisis.

Project Bantu Philippines

Project Bantu Ph normally works in San Andres Bukid – a slum community in the City of Manila. Relative to its geographic size, San Andres Bukid is the second most populous area in the city in terms of population density and has been featured many times in local and international news outlets as being the site of some of the bloodiest incidents in the Philippine Government’s Drug War.

From the beginning of the Covid19 crisis, Project Banu Ph has been supporting 25 families (approximately 170 people) in San Andres Bukid with food and other essential supplies that they will need to survive this crisis.
